Especially if you can find someone selling them for around $1500. But if you plan on having people over to YOUR place to enjoy the above activities, then definitely consider the Eosones. If you plan on taking your date to Best Buy to watch a movie, or if you plan on having your friends over to Best Buy to listen to some music, then do not buy the Eosones. IN SUCH A ROOM, the speakers are definitely worth a 4.
I can attest to this as I have heard them in such a room. HOWEVER, whether it was due to “acoustics” or wiring or any other factor, the speakers sound measurably better in a good listening environment. In fact, I would agree with Frank that at Best Buy, the speakers were probably worth a 3. No where did I claim that Best Buy was an excellent place to buy speakers. “If you were fortunate enough to get them home and listen to them, you would have been amazed…” If someone can tell me what “people you like,” “listening to your own music,” and “a chair” have to do with good speakers, please let me know.
